The flow characteristic of the high and medium pressure check valve is the relationship between the relative flow of the medium flowing through the high and medium pressure check valve and its opening under the condition that the pressure difference between the two ends of the valve remains constant. The flow characteristics of high and medium-pressure check valves include linear characteristics, equal percentage characteristics, and parabolic characteristics. Below, Flow Check Valves Factory introduces the meaning of the three fluence characteristics:
(1) Equal percentage characteristic (logarithmic) The relative stroke and relative flow of the equal percentage characteristic are not in a straight-line relationship. The change of flow caused by the change of unit stroke at each point of the stroke is proportional to the flow at this point. The percentage of flow change is equal. Therefore, its advantage is that when the flow rate is small, the flow change is small, and when the flow rate is large, the flow change is large, that is, it has the same adjustment accuracy at different openings.
(2) Linear characteristic (linear) The relative stroke of the linear characteristic is in a linear relationship with the relative flow. The change of flow caused by the change of unit stroke is constant. When the flow rate is large, the change in the relative value of the flow rate is small, and when the flow rate is small, the change in the relative value of the flow rate is large.
(3) The parabolic characteristic flow rate changes in proportion to the two sides of the stroke, and generally has intermediate characteristics of linear and equal percentage characteristics. From the analysis of the above three characteristics, it can be seen that in terms of its regulation performance, the equal percentage characteristic is the best, and its regulation is stable and its regulation performance is good. The parabolic characteristic has better adjustment performance than the linear characteristic, and any one of the flow characteristics can be selected according to the requirements of the application.
