A hydraulic Valve is an automatic component controlled by pressure oil, which is generally used in combination with electromagnetic pressure distribution valves. It is mainly used to remotely control the on-off operation of oil, gas, and water pipeline systems in hydropower stations. It can also be used for clamping, control, lubrication, and other operations in the oil circuit. The main structure is divided into two types: direct-acting type and pilot type, among which the pilot type is more commonly used.
Working principle of a hydraulic valve: Hydraulic valve uses the relative movement of the valve core in the valve body to control the opening and closing of the valve port and the size of the opening to achieve pressure, flow, and direction control. When the hydraulic valve is working, the relationship between the valve port size of all valves, the pressure difference between the valve inlet and outlet ports, and the flow through the valve must be operated by the orifice flow formula (q=KA·Δpm).
