The working principle of the high-pressure air valve :
1. Generally, we need to use high-pressure gas valves in many places where we live. This device is actually designed for liquid and gas flow, and it is mainly controlled by a coil. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is created and the plunger inside the coil moves with it, the valve is designed so that it closes either of the heuristics and when the current has been removed from the coil, it returns to close status. Common high-pressure gas valves generally have two ports, namely the inlet and the outlet. These two ports allow the gas to be manually controlled more freely, and the operation reliability is also very high.
2. Generally speaking, in the process of using a high-pressure air valve, we can adjust the pressure of the air valve. It is necessary to use a spring to directly adjust the pressure, so the spring stiffness must be too large. When the flow changes, the output pressure fluctuates greatly, and the valve's size structure will also increase. In order to overcome these shortcomings, a pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve can be used. The working principle of the pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve is basically the same as that of the direct-acting type. The pressure regulating gas used in the pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve is supplied by a small direct-acting pressure-reducing valve. If the small direct-acting pressure reducing valve is installed inside the valve body, it is called an internal pilot pressure reducing valve. If a small direct-acting pressure-reducing valve is installed outside the main valve body, it is called an external pilot pressure-reducing valve.
3. If the inside of the high-pressure air valve is a pilot-operated pressure-reducing valve structure, then compare it with a direct-acting pressure-reducing valve. The high-pressure air valve also adds a nozzle. a baffle. and a fixed orifice. The enlarged link of the nozzle baffle is formed by air chamber B. When the distance between the nozzle and the baffle changes slightly, the pressure in the B chamber will change significantly, thereby causing the diaphragm 10 to have a larger displacement.

It is the main valve of the external pilot pressure-reducing valve, and its working principle is the same as that of the direct-acting type. There is also a small direct-acting pressure-reducing valve outside the main valve body, which controls the main valve. This type of valve is suitable for occasions with a diameter of more than 20mm, long distances, high places, dangerous places, and difficult pressure regulation.
